Batch Production 

This processing method including mass processing and small batch processing.

1. Mass processing

Mass processing, for large-scale processing, it is necessary to open molds: such as plastic molds, die-casting molds, cold stamping molds, etc. 

Large-scale processing is usually in the thousands, and the product needs to be opened. 

Tooling: For example, special fixtures such as milling fixtures, grinding fixtures, turning fixtures, 

and drill fixtures for fitters. 

In short, the efficiency of their processing is greatly different.

2. Small batch processing:

Small batch refers to the industrial manufacturing behavior of using CNC numerical control processing technology to produce 10-10,000 products or parts at one time.
In industrial production,it involves issues such as materials, technology, cost, and quantity of use.

There are many parts that cannot be mass-produced by machines, so they need to be processed on a small scale or in small batches through some special processes.

There may also be manual processing links in the middle. 

Generally, small batch production is mainly realized by processes such as CNC, 

rapid mold,and vacuum silicone mold.
